• available packages,

4. Proper Use – Service Activation

Our company undertakes to complete all necessary actions for the immediate activation of the service within 3 (three) business days, from the date of receipt of all required materials (Logo – text – gift selection). In the event that activation is delayed for more than 30 calendar days due to the customer’s responsibility, activation will take place automatically and the duration of the agreed package will begin immediately.

5. Intellectual Property

All website content (texts, images, logos, QR designs, graphics, videos, code) is the intellectual property of EyeReflection – The Project Maker.

Copying, modification, reproduction, or commercial use of the content without prior written permission is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

The company makes every effort to keep the website operational but is not responsible for:

• any delays or interruptions in access,
• technical malfunctions,
• data loss,
• damages that may arise from the use or inability to use the website.
  

The company’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Touchlink service.

Note: In the case of creating and/or managing advertisements on behalf of a customer, the costs of sponsored advertisements (advertising spend on Facebook/Instagram) are borne exclusively by the customer.
The minimum advertising spend on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) required for Touchlink to begin ad management on behalf of the customer is €5 per day (€150 per month).

11. Age and Professional Restrictions

The Touchlink service is intended exclusively for adults (18+) who are professionals and businesses.

It is not intended for minors.

12. Right to Modify

The company may modify these Terms of Use at any time.
Changes become effective as soon as they are published on the website.

Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Greek law.
The Courts of Thessaloniki shall have jurisdiction over any dispute.
