Touchlink.gr is the official website of the Touchlink service, provided by the business EyeReflection – The Project Maker, owned by Ntine Filior tou Teki, Tax Identification Number (TIN) 153134271, Tax Office E’ of Thessaloniki, headquartered in Thessaloniki (Postal Code 54624).
By accessing and using the website, you declare that you have read and accepted these Terms of Use.
2. What does Touchlink offer
The website provides information about:
- the Touchlink system,
- its operation,
- the available packages,
- its features and services addressed to businesses.
The content of the website is for informational purposes and may be modified without prior notice.
3. Use of the Website
By using the website, you agree that:
- you will not interfere with the operation of the site,
- you will not attempt unauthorized access to systems or data,
- you will not use the content in an unlawful or abusive manner,
- you will not copy or reproduce elements of the site without permission.
4. Proper Use – Commencement of Cooperation
Our company undertakes to complete all necessary actions for the immediate activation of the service within 3 (three) working days from the date of receipt of all required materials (logo, text, gift selection). In the event that activation is delayed for more than 30 calendar days due to the customer’s responsibility, the activation will take place automatically and the duration of the agreed package will commence immediately.
5. Intellectual Property
All content of the website (texts, images, logos, QR designs, graphics, videos, code) is the intellectual property of EyeReflection – The Project Maker.
Copying, modifying, reproducing, or commercially using the content without prior written permission is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
The company makes every effort to keep the website operational, but is not responsible for:
- any delays or interruptions in access,
- technical malfunctions,
- data loss,
- damages that may arise from the use or non-use of the website.
The company’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Touchlink service.

The website may contain links to third-party websites.
EyeReflection is not responsible for their content or policies.
Access to external links is made solely at the user’s own responsibility.
8. Personal Data Protection
The use and protection of personal data is carried out in accordance with:
- the Touchlink Privacy Policy
- the GDPR Regulation (EU 2016/679)
Touchlink collects only the strictly necessary data required for the operation of the service.
9. Cookies

- usage analysis,
- improving user experience.

10. Purchase of Service
The purchase of the Touchlink service is governed by the Service Terms, which are displayed on the purchase page and during checkout.
These Terms of Use apply exclusively to website navigation.
Note: In the case of the creation and/or management of advertisements on behalf of each client, the cost of sponsored ads (ad spend on Facebook/Instagram) is borne exclusively by the client.
The minimum ad spend on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) with which Touchlink can begin managing ads on behalf of the client is €5 per day (€150 per month).
11. Age and Professional Restrictions
The Touchlink service is intended exclusively for adults (18+) professionals and businesses.
It is not intended for minors.
12. Right to Modification
The company may modify the Terms of Use at any time.
Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the website.
Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Greek law.
The courts of Thessaloniki shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
